Vegan and Gluten Free dining comes to Lansing, MI!
Three courses, all vegan and gluten free,* given the attention it requires! At FARE: eat differently, we value the various ways folks like or have to eat. Our vegan and gluten free brunches will be a standard offering and will be given the respect they deserve.
Two seatings are offered for this three course brunch:
- 11am to 12:30pm
- 1pm to 2:30pm
All brunches come with sparkling water, orange juice and coffee included in the price.
Gratuity is included in the ticket price.
If you are gluten free and not vegan you will be given the option of adding meat to your meal. A team member will follow up after you purchase your tickets for inquiry.
Tofu street taco: house-made corn tortilla, curried scalloped rutabaga, scrambled tofu, glazed carrot slaw, roasted pumpkin seeds - (optional: bacon crunch)
Savory polenta: house-made tempeh, lentils, spinach-peanut sauce, roasted parsnips in barbecue sauce, pickled veggies - (optional: brisket)
Coconut rice pudding: cashew cream, beet reduction, pistachio chia seed crunch
Collaborations with local farms, businesses and Michigan growers for this brunch:
MSU Student Organic Farm - rutabaga, carrots, parsnips, cabbage, beets, onions, and garlic
Stone E River Ranch - eggs

Occasionally, substitutions are necessary due to ingredient availability. If this happens we will replace the ingredient with something a little more fancy!
