Swallowtail Farm and FARE: eat differently have joined forces to bring you Brunch on the Farm. This Earth Day experience will honor where our food comes from, the farmers who grow it, and those who prepare it. You will dine at two large community tables in Swallowtail Farm's enclosed dining space. The brunch includes three courses, interaction with the chef and farmer, curated playlist, farm tour, and opportunity to purchase Swallowtail Farm eggs, greens and fruit syrups and Rust Belt Roastery coffee.
Three seatings are offered for this brunch:
- 10:00am to 11:45am
- 12:15pm to 2pm
- 2:30pm to 4:15pm
Included: all food, sparkling water with Swallowtail Farm fruit syrup, coffee, curated playlist, farm tour
Additional: cash gratuity welcome
Springtime Salad: fresh greens, fiddlehead ferns, green garlic, pork belly, cured egg yolk, maple raspberry vinaigrette
Braised Short Rib or Tofu: polenta, poached egg, ramps, rhubarb maple au jus, mushroom crunch
Ricotta Cheesecake: house-made ricotta, lemon curd, thyme crackle, raspberry syrup

Occasionally, substitutions are necessary due to ingredient availability. If this happens we will replace the ingredient with something a little more fancy!
